The Cheltenham Festival – March 2010 –
deadline 22 February

 

Metal Press Badges and Press PASS Cards will not be valid at The Festival in 2010.

 

All media and photographers seeking accreditation will be required to complete an online Press Accreditation Application available from 1 December 2009 via www.cheltenham.co.uk.

The deadline for applications is Monday 22 February 2010 after which Press Accreditation will not be available.

 

 

The 2010 John Smith's Grand National meeting – deadline 26 February

 

Aintree Racecourse wishes to advise that all Press Metal Badges and press PASS cards will once again not be valid for the 2010 Grand National meeting.

 

All media wishing to attend any day of the three-day meeting must obtain accreditation from the racecourse. All media (including Press Metal Badge Holders and PASS card holders) who have attended the Grand National meeting for the past three years will automatically receive an application form to apply for accreditation in February 2010, when accreditation opens.

 

All application forms for accreditation must then be received at by the racecourse, no later than Friday 26 February 2010. Media accreditation will then be posted to the addresses supplied. It is requested that updates on the status of applications are not made to the racecourse during this period.

 

Any retired member of the press who applies for accreditation for the 2010 John Smith’s Grand National Meeting should be aware that they will be granted access to the racecourse only and not press facilities.

 

 

Epsom Downs Racecourse - The Investec Derby Festival 2010 – deadline 04 May

 

Metal Press Badges and Press PASS Cards will not be valid at the Investec Derby Festival in 2010.

 

All media and photographers seeking accreditation will be required to complete and submit an Accreditation Application Form which will be available at www.epsomdowns.co.uk from the 22nd March 2010.

 

The deadline for applications is 4 May 2010, after which Press Accreditation will NOT be available. Press badges will be dispatched prior to The Investec Derby Festival.

Royal Ascot – deadline 16 April

 

RCA metal press badges and RCA press car park labels are not valid for Royal Ascot and will not permit access to the course.

 

To apply for Press Accreditation please visit www.ascot.co.uk and apply online. Please note that application forms will not be sent out.

 

Applications for Royal Ascot will open in February 2010 and must be received by Friday 16 April 2010.
